Allied Bakery and Culinary Academy is a unit of “Guru Ji Educational Society” It was started by Chef Pankaj Jasrotia and Bakery Chef Sunali Jasrotia with a vision to provide deep knowledge of Bakery & Culinary Art to the aspirants who are willing to make their career in Bakery. The promoters are professionally qualified from NCHMCT and have more than 25 years of experience in the field. The main aim of the Academy is to provide complete knowledge of Bakery & Culinary Art starting from basics to advanced level with thorough practical knowledge. The Academy has well-qualified Chefs and a very well-equipped bakery lab with all the facilities. The Academy also has a Training and Placement cell which helps and guides the students to fulfil their professional career aspirations in Bakery & Culinary section.
