SCOPE OF TOURISM AND HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT
Tourism is one of the main economic engines for nations with a total contribution of 9.5% to global GDP and 8.9% of total employment in 2013. Tourism can only flourish if the industry can employ qualified staff or a sustainable workforce which is the heart of an excellent and prompt service delivery system. Thus, this review is made to give summarized information about the challenges and opportunities of tourism and hospitality employment.
